Run 1 of week 7 completed.... just. After 2 hours of sorting my phone out (factory reset after My Fitness Pal decided to constantly drain the battery and I completely messed up all the settings) I found C25K again and after a  panic thinking the only one I could re-download was the new one..(no running!)...I thought right I'm ready to go. Then the app wouldn't recognise my log in arrrgghhh.... but after all this I still went out and did the 25 minutes. It was slow and I didn't get as far as I did last time but I got out there.  Don't know where this determination has come from but reading the posts on here helps so thanks all :)
