After being on the injury couch with back pain for four weeks I was hesitant to get back out there but today I put on my trainers and went for it. I decided to run w4r3 as it seems a reasonably gentle intro after being off for so long. I took it really slow (not that I'm fast anyway) and I managed it comfortably. So....as long as there's no pain in the morning I'm back! Up and running 😊 Woohoo!
