'Speeding' Next to the Teign River

Just returned from four days away on Dartmoor and thought I'd try the Speed training. Oldfloss is right, it is good, (slightly disappointed that it is only one run though and I guess you just repeat in between other runs). That said though, found this awesome track right next to the river adjacent to our log cabin and what a picturesque place to run! No hills on the track, and we were surrounded by them at the cabin. Managed two runs as I was feeling a little twitchy at the thought of not doing anything for four days and loved it, such a contrast from pounding pavements 😂 .

I know! I live in a nearby town. There are so many lovely running spots, although the Dartmoor tors are a little more challenging than I'm ready for at the moment!

Ha, not surprised at those tors! We were just taken back at the amount of wild daffodils everywhere, it really is a stunning part of the country. Mind you, as I was running, I did notice how much moss there is, even up in the trees, a true sign of a lot of water about. Good luck with your running you lucky thing!
