Shoulder update

Just an update on my shoulder to some of the older members who are still on HU went to see consultant yesterday and he took an x-ray of my shoulder. I can't start jogging again for another month just continue with the walking, just thought I'd put my x-ray on to show you.

Wow!  that's a serious bit of metalwork you have there Pat.  Hope you continue to heal well and enjoy your walking.  Such a lovely time of year to be out and about.  Good to know you can start running in a month and hope you don't feel too impatient for it! x
