Week two day 3

Whew that was easier than I thought what with half term I missed 6 days but today I went to the gym. Did 5 minutes warm up on bike mainly to set my phone and ear phones up lol. My ear phones always full out. Last week as they fell my phone went with it. Lucky I am sensible and had the emergency ✋ attached so machine stopped I was mortified especially when this real`runner` shouts someone's dropped there phone 📱.  I picked my phone up andcontinued. My family still don't know I've joined a gym let alone training for a 5k. Today I treated myself to a sports bra next week I will buy some sports socks.  Yeah way to go me xxx
