Today, my sports bra broke as I was leaving (safety pinned back), app went off or froze (timed 28 mins on phone) swallowed my chewing gum (but lived) oh and it was still dark as had to walk dogs before work.
I made myself run uphill to slow down after Wk8R2 so was much slower at the start this time = much better π

It sure does, Oldfloss, and I have always said this. No idea why I set off like a racehorse on Tues - the new trainers made me go faster and I was loving it until I realised I had 18 mins left. then I just went to pot.
