Knee twinges wk6r3

Hi all

First time Ive posted here but need advice please  - I did wk 6 run 3 on Saturday ( in the pouring rain) and now have some twinges in my right knee on the inside of my leg . I will rest for a few days but do people carry on with the program or go back and if so how far? thanks.

Oh I am behind you at week 5 run 1 and have nasty twinges and muscle discomfort in my right calf , back of leg. I've had two full rest days and had planned to run tonight but am not sure I will be able to - will assess later on. I'm going to repeat the same run when I do go out ( I did get through it on Friday but I struggled) but I need to feel better first! However the leg is feeling worse than yesterday now!
