Can't believe I just completed week 3 run 1. This was the run I was sure I wouldn't complete first time as it involves 2 x 3 min runs. I managed both! Was just about dying by the end of the second one but now I'm buzzing!
i tried my hardest to put myself off on my way home from work - "it's been a long day, I'm really tired, it's far too cold to run" etc. but I'm so glad I did.
Was I the only one to find it weird that the podcast is actually shorter this week than last week though? Ended up not planning my run very well and having to do about a 10 minute warm down walk, as I was expecting to cover at least the same distance as last week if not a little bit more. Maybe that's just my naivety, I sort of expected to need to slightly increase the distance each week to accommodate the fact that you're running more and walking less? Not that I really care at the moment!π
