Run delayed - my hamstrings went on strike

I asked a trainer at the gym to check my form while doing squats the other day, and OHMYGOD I could barely move yesterday (clearly I've been doing them wrong before because I never had this kind of soreness earlier). Walking was painful but got better the more I walked, but every time I sat for any length of time my legs would stiffen up so terribly - and I sit at a desk for work a lot. Legs were better today, so I thought about going for W9R2 since movement helps, but I managed to get a last minute massage appointment at the sports club and jumped at it (more like waddled towards it). After torturing the knots out of my muscles, I'm much less sore and will take on the run tomorrow.

Stay tuned for updates on whether I was able to run or still waddled!

Ouch! It will clear up. I'd wait until day or so, you don't want the run to be too hard.
