Thank you so much for all your responses! I'm overwhelmed!
So........went to the GP. She said my resting heart rate was 60, sign of being fit! Blood pressure is 110/80, sign of being fit. Cholesterol (done last week) is 4.7! Blood sugar is low and healthy too! I have an ECG booked for 12th April. She suspects its just my body adjusting to the exercise and doesn't think it's anything serious.
I've been out to run today and felt fine!
I will let you know the result of the ECG but I'm not going to change my habits. She doesn't feel I need to! I feel happy with that!
