I was not looking forward to this run as it was a big leap but I managed it without any real problem. I feel a lot more confident now so bring on week 6 and I may do a 5K in Milton Keynes next month.

Really well done on getting the biggie run done. You've worked really hard to get to this stage and you should be proud. You're on the home stretch but be respectful of week 6 as a lot of people find it hard because you're going back to intervals. Run slowly and you'll be fine.
