I'm looking forward to a lovely two week break in a boat on the Broads - we really need the rest BUT i will miss my running routine :(  I will pack my running stuff but not sure i will get out three times a week.

Does any one no of any routes around the northern broads?

Have a great holiday... don't know that area, but I am sure someone will! Otherwise.. you will have to run around the walk boards of your boat! :)

Oooh enjoy, you could just run the canal paths & just see where it takes you, I'm sure there'll be plenty of lovely scenery to keep you going. Sorry I can't help with routes, now if you were on the Sheffield canal i could help ;)

My parents lived on a canal boat for 12 years, after loving holidaying on The Broads they bought their own. Dad still lives on one & is heading down from Cheshire to the Chesterfield canal. Taking him 9 days for an hour & half car journey haha

Enjoy & even if you only manage one run it's one run more than you're expecting. Have a lovely time x

Don't know of any specific runs   it is a beautiful area so any run us going to be amazing, have a great  holiday  :)

Surely where there are broads there are towpaths? as long as you keep the water on one side on the way out and the other side on the way back, you should reunite with your vessel?

I find this site foolproof:

walkjogrun.co.uk/

Type in the village where you will moor up for the night, and search for a jog of about the right length.

Sounds lovely. Nice flat and scenic running. As others have suggested, just run out from the boat and turn to rejoin. Enjoy!
