For some reason which I am unsure, the prospect of this particular run made me unsure.
But, I put the gremlins aside and reflected on my previous successes. So, I slow my pace at the start and
managed to get a 4.18 km run under my belt. I'm pleased. On R2 maybe I'll pick the page at the half or 1/3 distance marker. Indeed, big smile on me face here.

You're the best one to know how you feel on these runs so if you have the energy to pick up the pace then go for it, if not it's still a major achievement to run for 30 minutes and that's reason enough t be over the moon 😀
Well done!!! Just make sure you're going at a pace that suits you. Start out slow and then adjust the pace accordingly, as a too-quick start can really mess up with and interfere the rest of the run! Good luck though - graduation is almost in sight!!
