I am an active older woman trying to maintain my active lifestyle despite aches and pains. I run, go to the gym and walk my dogs

Lately my left hip has been painful after sitting and when I first start moving. Pain goes away after walking/running for awhile.  Wondering if anyone else has had to his problem and if they have found effective  ways to deal with this
