Well I started my new journey today was out for an hour but only managed about 5 mins running most of it was walking but I did something looking forward to tomorrow going to charge my fitbit watch up

Well done! I started my journey last week and only walked on the first day. Today I finished week 1 and already feel fitter!

I like your enthusiasm but if you're following the C25K plan then you need to have a rest day in between your running sessions or you could end up on the Injury Couch (IC). If you've been inactive for a while, your body needs those rests to repair and prepare itself for the next run.
Have fun but don't go bonkers, please. 😊👍 If you want to do something on the rest day, you could do weights, elliptical trainer, yoga, pilates, swimming, cycling. Anything that doesn't involve slamming your body weight down on the ground. ✔
I won't be running every day anyway because I go swimming Mondays and Wednesdays plus I work so sometimes I'm tired but I will be doing it at least two times a week
