Started C25k today, did it before but knee trouble stopped me halfway in, and I found myself after only a few weeks running for 25 minutes if it’s anything like the last time it’ll be nothing but amazing , my aims mental health , fitness and weight loss. Looking forward to 2nd run Wednesday 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️, if like me your at the beginning, keep going, the hard work really pays off in a multitude of ways 👌😉

Great for getting started Kane70.
Just go slow and slower again if needed and remember to drink lots of water per day and not just on run days about 2-3 litres it really helps.
C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊

Glad it’s going so well. I too have previously completed c25k, then stopped for a while. I’ve gone back to it, starting at week 4 and am now on w6r3 😊
