I can't believe I've done my first run, after all that worry about what to wear & people looking, I thoroughly enjoyed it can't wait till the next time. It was so great going out into the fresh air & doing something to improve body & fitness. Although rather nervous before I left the house so so glad I did. Will keep you updated on future wks.

Well done :)

It took me a few weeks to stop being self-conscious!

Posting after each run is a great way to log your progress and to get some encouragement :)

Great stuff! :-)

The hardest run is the first ever one ... once you start, you'll find a piece of you that thinks that this is ok, tough, but I can persevere!

Keep us posted and remember, we're with you all the way to your graduation badge and beyond! (Not quite what Buzz Lightyear said but you get what I mean) :-)
