Bad night with children, hardly any sleep. Been in a sugar fueled daze all day. I need motivation to get out when hubby gets in. On Week 7 Day 1 but due to a malfunction ran 30mins on Tuesday and not the 25. From feeling smug to feeling sleepy!

I would think "Bad night with children, hardly any sleep. Been in a sugar fueled daze all day" sounds like all the motivation you need to get out on your own, get some air in your lungs and blow away the cobwebs. You will feel refreshed, revived and re-invigorated.
Then come home and throw away everything that contains sugar.
It is a known fact that running when exhausted revives you and reaches parts that other exercise cannot reach. Get out there and do your stuff. You'll feel fab.
Keep going, some of my best runs are when I just don't want to go out! I will go out if u will LOL
Its a lovely evening. Take any excuse to get away from the kids, washing and house work!
I can't thank you all enough. It was so hard. I was so slow. But I did it. I even tried a bit harder in the last minute. Feel human again. Running is my therapy. I mustn't forget that.

Slow is absolutely fine. What's the rush! There is none. Take it easy!
Chuck out the junky sugary stuff that you're fuelling your runs with though. Get some water on the go. That's all you need. Have a cuppa when you get back home. No sugar though! You'll feel better for it
