Graduated tonight for the second time. Yes I admit it doesn't feel as special as the first time but hey I did it and now it's onwards and upwards. Just got to keep it up now no slacking and to keep motivated.

What went wrong the first time? Asking as a very recent graduate who wants to learn from others mistakes. At the moment I want to keep running for ever - but everybody graduates on a high and I'm very curious as to why people stop.

Well done for getting back into it! And congratulations on graduation!

Big, well done!

Like JaySeeSkinny, I am curious as to why you stopped running. I am still, also, very much in the early post Graduate stage and look forward to each run day.

Congratulations anyway and stick at it... keep posting maybe, so many folk on here willing to encourage you and give you the odd, gentle shove if you think you need it :)

Congratulations again. Keep posting here to keep motivated. It really does work for me.

I really struggle when the warm weather arrives plus I lost my motivation running without Laura. I'd miss a run for what ever reason and then it became even harder as I lost my fitness. So a downward spiral began. I would then be cross with myself and attempted the programme again a couple of times but it never felt right until this January when enough was enough and I got back out there with the same determination as before.

Thanks for this. Will have to watch out for the warm weather. I run in the mornings, so it shouldn't be a major problem. Long runs at the weekend might be difficult.

I'm pretty determined at the moment, but I know too well that can change.

Good luck this time!
