That's great Jessica but have you graduated yet? If you haven't then you are running too fast. We don't want to see you injured and not being able to run at all!
Well, if "93" is the year she was born, Jessica can probably get away with a lot of things that would send many of us on the IC.
I've started running three times a week and feel absolutely fine its obvious that my muscles will ache as I work full time and I'm on my feet for the full 12 hours when I'm on shift too
