If you had asked me five weeks ago if I'd be able to run for three five minutes intervals and that I would actually be enjoying it I would have thought you were crazy! I just hope I will be able to enjoy the eight minutes and the twenty minutes non stop on Friday and continue to enjoy it as much as I did today's session. 🤞 Fingers crossed

I have no doubt that you will enjoy the remaining runs this week. It does seem unbelievable, doesn’t it, when you take that step back and look at week one compared to week five. I felt the same way.

Just nailed week 5 run 2 and I'm buzzing! Thanks for all your support - I wouldn't have got this far if it wasn't for all your support! I'm a bit nervous about having to run for 20 minutes on Friday though. I reckon I'm going to go real slow, it's also forecast to be hot on Friday.
