Going into Week 5

Hi I’ve just completed week 4 and struggled with the last minute of the last 5 minute run. But did it! I’m nervous about the jump to 8 minutes and then 20 minutes in week 5! Any advice?

Ive just W5 R1 today and it went surprisingly well considering I had a major melt down after Wk4 run 3, Its funny how sometimes it just clicks into place, I think its the next run when I have that 8 minutes .. Good luck for start of your Wk5

Thanks! I started a kettlebell class last week and my glutes/ back of thighs are sore. Didn’t have a rest day after that and did a week 4 run. I think that was a mistake!

Just do it...it is just another week of runs and you are ready... take it steady and take it slowly:)

I am about to start W4 on Friday so can't give advice, but just wanted to say well done! I too look ahead with trepidation, but I am sure it is best to focus on one run at a time.... you can do it!

Thanks! Did week 5 run 1 today and it was ok just kept it to a slow jog. I think we need to have faith in the programme. Good luck!
