I've just started my first week today, wow it was tough but I did it. Looking forward to my next run/walk. The music on the podcast is great and the lady really motivates me to keep going.π

It is a great programme, I fell out a bit with Laura last week on week 5 run 3 but she's redeemed herself today! Trust her, she can definitely lead you through it

Keep going Tilly..I'm just about to start wk6 and I never thought I would be able to achieve that when I started. Trust in Laura she will get you there!!
It's a good programme from finding 90 secs run tough now on wk 9 , enjoying running/jogging . Feeling fit healthy all good ,

Listen to Laura's advice and take things slow and steady.. you will love being able to run. It is not always easy but it is always doable if you follow the plan.
