So after not running for over a week I finally found the motivation today to go out and do week 6 run 1. It was a struggle at first but once I got going I loved it and even did a bit extra running towards the end hopefully can keep it up ☺

Lighter nights are coming so hopefully that might give you extra opportunity to get out there to finish the programme.
It's a great programme it really is. You only need very slow jogs, nothing fancy, slow and steady is the best way to carry on

Well done for getting back into it. You enjoyed this one so there's no reason to stop. Is there? Some days the hardest thing to do is putting your shoes on and walking out the door but you did it.
