In hindsight, maybe I shouldn't have done my W2R2 after my hours dynamic hot yoga session… I thought it would be a good warm up to warm my muscles right through. I was also very diligent with my post run warm down and stretch but I could hardly walk yesterday! A touch better today but I'm supposed to do my W2R3 tonight, we'll have to see if my hamstrings will let me. I'll be grabbing a can of deep heat on the way hope methinks!

  • Sometimes exercise is the best way to release aching muscles, you've had a days rest so you should be OK just take it slowly and listen to your body.

  • Foam roller.
