Not to worry though, on with 5k to 10k! I have downloaded a 10K app to my phone, start at week 9 of 14 for those already having completed C25K. Todays session was 4 x 10 minute runs with a 1 min walk between.

Very enjoyable run!

Pic includes warm up and cool down 5 minute walks.

Wanted to keep the routine of a run every other day up and I found following the C25K program a great way of keeping motivated so it makes sense to move on to another program, it will be a challenge but one I'm looking forward to.

I've just started a 10K app plan too. I like the structure of a set-out program.

I’m toying with the idea for trying a local 10K in the Summer (Big Leicester 10K). It will be a goal to work towards, but I’m not sure about the no music policy….

Great stuff! I have decided to focus on getting better at 5k for a while. Think I'll try the c25k+ podcasts.

Wow Andy! Great to see you moving straight onto the next goal and getting stuck right in. :) This is brilliant, good for you. I'll be coming to you for some advice in the weeks after graduation as I'd like to go for 10k too.... One day ;)
