Not to worry though, on with 5k to 10k! I have downloaded a 10K app to my phone, start at week 9 of 14 for those already having completed C25K. Todays session was 4 x 10 minute runs with a 1 min walk between.
Very enjoyable run!

Wanted to keep the routine of a run every other day up and I found following the C25K program a great way of keeping motivated so it makes sense to move on to another program, it will be a challenge but one I'm looking forward to.
I've just started a 10K app plan too. I like the structure of a set-out program.
I’m toying with the idea for trying a local 10K in the Summer (Big Leicester 10K). It will be a goal to work towards, but I’m not sure about the no music policy….
Wow Andy! Great to see you moving straight onto the next goal and getting stuck right in. This is brilliant, good for you. I'll be coming to you for some advice in the weeks after graduation as I'd like to go for 10k too.... One day
