Starting again i loved getting through the nine week's last year. I let things slip with the dark nights and working late, can't wait to get back to where I was did week 3 run 1 today and I am determined to keep to the every other day routine again.

Well done on getting started again. I've just completed the plan for a second time today after a break from running. Take it slow to start with and it shouldn't take too long for your body to remember it used to run in the past. Good luck
