W2 - done

W2R3 was actually this morning. I was at an old friends house last night, we drank a lot of vodka and sang a lot of songs. I took my running gear in a rucksack. My thinking was that if I was not too hungover, I would get off the bus a lot earlier than normal and make R3 part of my journey home.

Felt fine this morning (after a brew and a Maccy D's breakfast) so I did exactly as I planned. This was a great route as almost all of it was on a very slight downhill slope. Breathing was fine but legs were like led and it was odd running with a rucksack on my back.

Anyway week 2 is history and that was my first day time run too :D
