Completed two runs of 8 minutes, was really excited yo even think I could consider trying to achieve this and I did. Anxious and excited about the next run, 20 minutes, really hope I can achieve this as it feels like a huge leap, need to have confidence in the programme and seeing the encouraging posts has increased my positive thinking. Thank you.

That's fantastic, it's amazing what our bodies can do. Try not to worry about your next run, remember to slow down and think positive, you CAN do it.

You have come so far already, you are doing fab, enjoy your last run of week 5 xx

You can do it! I was quite nervous about doing the 20 minute run. I followed Laura's advice and started slowly. The feeling when you complete the run is amazing. I find the longer runs are all mental - you can do it, you have to believe you can. :-)

I've just done week 5 run 3 and like u I was anxious about doing but I did it. I just paced myself, I was a little achy after too. You can definitely do it ☺
