sorry if this is a dumb question ,,what is the graduation all about please ?

Hey, graduation is when you complete all the nine weeks of c25k. When you do you you can add your name to the monthly graduation post that will be pinned on the side of the web page and get a badge by your name that says you're a graduate

Once you have completed the programme, you can have a badge next to your name so newbies can see you have made it. Once you finish you decide how long and how far to run. I graduated 24 weeks ago now, still run 3 times a week - 2 X 5k plus 1 X 10k. Julie
