So this was my first week running as a graduate. I used the pod cast from the last week of c25k for my first run but I found a route that was 5k so me 2 other runs this week I just listened to music! Had a horrible week at work when I found out my job was one of 4 in my department was at risk. Found this out on Thursday so I went for my 3rd run of the week that night and it was my best one yet! Turning something negative into something positive- or trying to!!
