So this was my first week running as a graduate. I used the pod cast from the last week of c25k for my first run but I found a route that was 5k so me 2 other runs this week I just listened to music! Had a horrible week at work when I found out my job was one of 4 in my department was at risk. Found this out on Thursday so I went for my 3rd run of the week that night and it was my best one yet! Turning something negative into something positive- or trying to!!

Sorry to hear about your job that's no fun at all. Well done on your running though, I've felt my best runs have been after a crappy day! Hope all goes well for you. Those times are absolutely amazing!

Sorry to hear about your job, it's very unsettling when you are waiting to know if your job is safe but well done on getting out there and not letting it stop you.
