Got a bit wet, but W8R2 finished.

It's been a week since W8R1 but had chance to get out in to the glorious spring evening to compl.... oh hang on, thats me dreaming of running in nice weather again.

Despite the pouring rain I slipped in to the lycra and went out to get this session under my belt, a mixture of work and being a bit off colour meant it was 7 days since my last session so I was little apprehensive, took it very slow though for the first half then speeded up just a little for the rest.

pleased with how it went, this "mamil" is nearly there! Yay!!
