Never thought I'd get here, but I've just got back from my W9R3 and I did it! I couldn't even run 800m without stopping when I was at school so running for 30mins and smashing 5k feels like a massive achievement πŸŽ‰

Although I've never really posted before, I've really enjoyed reading all of your inspirational offerings and advice- thank you for getting me through!

What a fantastic achievement! You should be super-duper proud of yourself!!! That just goes to show that it is never too late to reach goals and β€œclimb” mountains that up to now seemed insurmountable. πŸ‘πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ
