I have done it! I have completed three 30 minute runs! Just getting to the 4K mark so nowhere near 5k but I'm pleased and so grateful for the C25k plan. I started the plan last year but gave up after week 3. I don't post much on here but I read nearly every post and this site has been so helpful and inspiring that I genuinely think it's this site that has helped me stay the course this time around.
It's really odd. Each week has been hard, and I can't say I enjoy running a whole lot while I do it, but as soon as I've stopped running, Im eagerly planning my next run. Baffling!
I'm going to do another post in a sec asking for some help re. ankle pain but I'm currently on a high and want to do some happy feet dancing 💃🏽😀

I love running when I think about it, often wonder why I run when I am out and then when I get home, I think it is fantastic LOL! That is a good speed and distance on graduation. On a good day I just ran a bit longer because I wanted to and reached 5k in 43 minutes! Still after many weeks of 30 minute runs, 5k and then 10 and my best a 15k run, still only doing 5k in about 34 minutes, happy with that, was happy with 30 minutes too and 5k is amazing so just enjoy running and be very satisfied that you made it
👏👏👏 Well done! If I reach 4 km next week when I graduate, it'll be a miracle, so to me you are quick! Be proud of your achievements.
I've yet to reach 5k and I graduated just about a month ago, but I'm slowly getting there. Like you I have mixed feelings about running; I don't enjoy it until afterwards but that's partly because I have a lazy streak a mile wide !
