Can't believe I'd ever be able to compete a 20min run. I'm well chuffed πŸ˜„ Looking forward to week 6 now. What a fantastic program, so glad I gave it a go.

Congratulations, feels nice doesn't it. Week 6 is a bit of a weird one as you go back to block runs (for your own health and safety :) ) only a few weeks to go, keep at it and keep us posted.
