Not a running day

Not a running day today. In fact may not get to run at all this weekend😰 But the sun was shining this morning, there was frost on the ground, ice on the puddles and all the dog walkers were out. So I couldn't resist a "brisk walk" through woods and fields. And I staked out a good 5 km route. Won't be able to run it on my work day runs, not running through woods on my own in the dark. But it should be good for weekends. When I'm a runner😎

Yay that sounds great! I can't wait for the weather to get better and the evenings are lighter. Our options will be endless! xxx

Sussing out the run is almost as much fun.as running it ,but not quite!

Your walk sounds delightful! :)

Your route sounds pretty cool too - rookery woods, bridle paths and commons. We're so lucky!
