I began my journey 2nd week of November 15, yesterday Feb 5th I went for my 3rd run of the week.....omg 5 miles (8km)!. I never thought that was possible and never thought for a minute that I'd stick with it. So to those folks out there struggling with it, keep going, it's worth it.....I'm loving it !

Go you!! Fantastic - I love a longer run. It is amazing how this running bug changes is and help us push those boundaries! Well done ☺

Somehow imperial measurements are so much more satisfying. Well done, a great achievement.

Keep running, keep smiling.
