Well chuffed with myself. After having to stop for 10 days after week 3 run 2 with really bad knee pain. I thought, thats it all over, but no! The pain eased and I managed to do week 3 again. And now I've finished week 4. Roll on week 5, although I'm a bit worried about the 20 min run.

Well done, especially with taking the time off and then getting back to it. Don't worry about the 20 minute run. The programme has prepared you for it and you are ready. Just run very slowly and you'll be great!

Your post has given me some hope as I have had 5 days off so far with knee pain after W6 R1 and now have a horrid cold. Searched 'knee pain' and came across your posts! You graduated!! So all is not lost and I will get back on track soon :)

Take as long as you need resting your knee. I waited until the pain had completely gone then re did the week prior to my injury as I didn't want to push it. There's no rush to finish the plan. It's best to build up your stamana slowly. Glad I prompted you to keep going :). Hope your cold and knee are better very soon. And look forward to seeing the day you 'Graduate' :)
