Sick break :(

So, I've been laid up since Monday with a nasty chest cold. I think it's going to have me off the programme till next week at least. I was due to progress up to week 2 when I got sick, so my question is: do I start with a week 1 run to get myself back into the swing, or should I still be good enough to progress to week two after not doing anything for a week? Or are the two weeks similar enough that I'm splitting hairs and it's really not going to matter?

My dad always says, "If you don't try, you'll never know". So try. You can always repeat it if needed. Take it slowly and you'll manage just fine!
