Yippee, week 3 finished. I struggled today as my right thigh was niggling a bit. Rest day tomorrow and then start Week 4 on Friday. Hopefully my thigh will be ok, but still loving this programme!

Do you stretch after you run? That can help.

Let us know how you get on. :-)

Hi Rainbowsmurf, thanks for your reply. No I don't stretch, but know I should. Is there a link to any good stretching exercises?

Many thanks.
