......was quite windy and finding it difficult to catch my breath (and stop my nose running). Had a very friendly black lab keep me company for a few mins til his owner came to make him come back, lol. Found today quite tough (but that may have been the windy weather!!) still onwards and upwards 😊😊😊

Its very tough running in the wind , especially when youre running into it . Nice that you had a bit of company too at one point :-)

I find it tough running in the wind too.

My nose runs constantly when I run. Haven't yet worked out how to make it stop.

Onwards and upwards as you say though! :-)

I was exactly the same tonight, nose like a tap thought I must be starting with a cold but fine once I got back inside
