Felt good finishing tonight, slightly over half way now - although the coming weeks look somewhat more difficult!

They sound worse than they are Phil. I think everyone panics a bit at the thought of running longer blocks but I found the programme prepares you well. Even if a run is tiring, it feels fantastic to have made it through.

The programme works and you will find, even with moments of panic... you will do it! :)
