I will be doing run 3 of week2 tomorrow but have to admit I have no idea how I am going to manage next seeking running for 3 minutes..90 seconds was enough! Did anyone else feel like this?

You can always repeat week 2 if you don't feel up to it. Or just go for it and maybe surprise yourself. We're none of us in a competition, so just go at your own pace. Good luck!
I felt exactly like that but my advice is to go for it and I'm pretty certain you'll surprise yourself x

I think a lot of us felt like that...it is the fear that is the problem.. when you are out there doing it, the programme is so clever and structured that you will just do it..
Mind over matter and all that.. honestly.
I thought at the start of the programme, that it was brilliant that I could run for 60 seconds.. but by the end of the nine weeks..wow!
Stop worrying and just go with the flow..slow and really steady!
Have a go , you may be pleasantly surprised ! It is not the end of the world if you don't manage it just have another go another day, just remain positive.
