Graduated in the autumn, and continued running 3 times a week. BUT seem to have somewhat lost the plot in the last month - weather, dark nights, niggling injury, mojo lost and loud gremlins. SO yesterday I went back to the lovely Laura. Tried w6r1 which I really struggled with first time round, and guess what? Almost 'easy' so I did an extra 5 minute run before cool down. Seems like I need Laura!!
Had to call for reinforcements...: Graduated in... - Couch to 5K
Had to call for reinforcements...

Well done for getting back out there and kicking those gremlins' backsides! Keep going with Laura for a few runs, and you'll soon be back on track.

I feel such a fraud! I never 'met' Laura all through the programme, just put the schedule into my Garmin and did it in silence! Maybe that's why I was hearing the crazy voices of my own telling me to pack it in and go to the pub that I was approaching!

Good old Laura. I still do the last few mins of my runs for her and remember her encouraging words if I feel tired.
Well done you for fighting those gremlins.

Well done for getting back to it! a very similar story to mine... I went back to W6R2 for two runs and did W6R3 on Tuesday, to help get me back to being able (and willing) to do longer runs - well done for getting out there again! Whatever works for you, eh
