Hi Gra, I did mine too ! I think Ive got trench foot Ha ha

Very rainy and muddy today at ours, the route was changed as it was too boggy in parts .

Not sure of my time yet , my Garmin wouldnt play

I need to soak my trotters and give them a pamper after that , Good though ! xxx

well done you..Our run is in a disused quarry so conditions not too bad as the drainage is good!!

Yep, I'm in, volunteering too, on set up, so will get a volunteer credit and run credit, think it's my 40th run and about 12th volunteer, what's not to like!

It's those t-shirts I'm after! I made the mistake of thinking I couldn't go until I could actually 'run' 5k, how wrong was I, I just love it, I'm always near the back, but that doesn't matter, it's the inclusivity I like, we have had Olympians, international champions, academics, all sorts, but everyone is there for a social run and that's what matters.

5 runs and 4 volunteering for me so far. Wish work didn't get in the way so often!

Santa Run over the same course tomorrow. Been promised a celebratory cider in the pub when its over though

I did the scanning today too - poorly leg so no running at the mo. Crumbs it was cold and really wet - could hardly feel my fingers to drive home

Parkrun for me yesterday - they don't seem to be getting easier and I still run round thinking what on earth am I doing this for ! Running by myself always seems so much easier !

Still, as soon as I get back home, I forget all about the effort and plan the next one. Managed to get a quicker time yesterday so perhaps that's why it felt so much of an effort - and I did have the supporters club there to cheer me along - so not all bad
