I was so uplifted reading of your huge success on your first post grad run that I decided to don my wet weather gear and brave a run. My poor wee pooch kept pulling back on the lead when we got outside once she'd realised how bad the weather was, and that's despite her being kitted out in a padded, waterproof, hi-vis jacket!
Anyway, we managed to get to our destination but the cold and wet had made my legs feel funny and clunky. Regardless, we did 2k non stop for only the second time since returning from the injury couch so I'm pretty pleased with that! Especially now that we're home and both dry
And here's a pic of my wee Maia in her jacket

Thank you all so much! Her head is almost bursting with the praise she's out for a run again just now with hubby who missed it yesterday but we're going to bond over the masochism of foam rolling when he gets home- he does it while watching danger mouse!
