First run without Laura

Well did my first run after graduation and without Laura ... was a little strange but thought I'd try it on my own

Went ok I think lol

Did a few seconds over 30 (was going to add 2 mins but failed !) and did just over 4k which I think is my best so far

Think it's going to take a while to get that 5k under my belt

Sounds like a fantastic run. If you're already at 4k you'll be up to 5 in no time at all. If you're listening to music put your best song at the 30 minute mark to give you that extra pep to get through those last 2 minutes.

yes listen to music would hate it without I think
