I do my final run of week 8 tomorrow. I struggled with week 7 so I repeated it twice. Run 1 of wk 8 was good, but run 2 was difficult. I ended up walking 3 times! Hoping tomorrow will be better. Have registered with Walsall Parkrun and hope to enter in December just before my 50th birthday on the 6th.
