Having just had a minor procedure I've been told not to raise my blood pressure for a week in case of bursting stitches.
2 days ago (Sunday) I did W7R1 (25 mins straight) without too much difficulty.
What do you think?. Do I got back to week 6 or do W7R1 again or what?
Opinions appreciated
Thanks!

Hi Dean I'm going to be in a similar predicament. By a remarkable bit of bad timing, we are away for the week that would be week 9 (graduation week ) - so my plan is to do an extra week 8 run (R3) when I get back - hopefully that should be ok, and if it is, continue with week 9 - or redo week 7 or 8 again if not.
I would just try it out and see how you get on - you'll know whether to take it easy for a couple more runs, or you are ok to keep going on.
(Of course - can't comment on the running after stitches - ouch !!)
See how you feel and decide then. If you're comfy now with week 7 runs you'll probably be fine fitness wise, but ruptured stitches are a royal pain in the proverbial, so might be worth dropping back a bit.
