Thank you. Just going to keep at the 30 minutes for a few more weeks and then try and increase my distance to 5k.

Like the shiny graduation badge. 😊Think I will follow a similar plan when I have completed my final run of the programme tomorrow! ☺️

Well done, did it creep up on u?? Feels a little strange off plan and deciding what to do next is different for everyone. I graduated two weeks ago and decided to go on to a 10K plan which was a mistake. Returning to walking breaks was horrible and my knees started to hurt too - 4 x 10 minute runs.

Had a few days rest. Returned to three days of 30 minute running and feel fantastic, legs good and so happy I haven't lost it. Will just be increasing run time each week by 10% to work towards doing 5K, will then see how I go. Just be careful and maintain before going onto longer or faster runs.
